Next door on the other half of the lot split is #5372. This house started out as a very small residence, and has had several owners. Chris and Carol Hilgrud moved out in 1968, rented it to Cris Jarl, who moved in 1969. It was then bought by 1994 Neilson. The next owners were Elsa and Roger Martin, followed by Chuck Messig, then after Chuck, a Dr. David Baer and wife, Anita lived in #5372 for several years. They added on and ordered some refurbishing where needed. |
